8 Minute Pilates



Only 8 minutes a day, and you can keep yourself in perfect shape without injury.

The program has three phases:

1. For beginners (Basic)
2. For advanced (Intermediate)
3. For advanced (Advanced)
Depending on your level of training, you can start with the easiest level and improve your body moving to the more complex, or just start with a workout 2 or 3.
